Return & Exchange Policy

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe in the quality of our products, and our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that if you’re not satisfied with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right. If after receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied, you can request a refund, exchange, or store credit.

2. Returns Timeframe

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we may not be able to process returns or exchanges.

3. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

4. Return & Exchange Process

  • Step 1: Fill out the Return & Exchange Form

  • Step 2: Inspection & Approval
    Once we receive your request, our team will review it and send you an email with instructions on how to return the item. We will inspect the returned product upon receiving it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • Step 3: Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit
    If your return is approved:

    • Refund: We will process a 100% refund to your original payment method or bank account.
    • Exchange: If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, we will facilitate the exchange as per your preference.
    • Store Credit: In case you prefer a store credit, we will issue a voucher for the full amount of your purchase.

5. Return Shipping

  • We will arrange for reverse pickup through our courier team for returns and exchanges.
  • If you prefer to handle the return yourself, you can ship the item back to us. Once shipped, please provide the AWB number to us for tracking purposes at romimtlani@gmail.com.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-6 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. If the payment was made via bank transfer, we will request your bank details (Account Number, IFSC Code, and Account Holder Name) to process the refund.
  • Note: Regular Priced items and Discounted items are eligible for a refund. However, items marked as a part of Reserve Pairs Sale are final sale and not eligible for refund under any circumstances. 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the processing time:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card for the refund.
  • If the issue persists, contact your credit card company or bank to inquire about processing delays.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations.

9. Exchange Eligibility

  • Size Issues: If the item you ordered does not fit properly, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange for a different size.
  • Defective Items: If you received a defective product, we will gladly process an exchange or full refund.
  • Unused Items: Please ensure that all returns are in unused condition.

10. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit in the form of a gift certificate for the value of the returned item.

11. Processing Time

Returns and exchanges are processed within 5-6 working days. Please allow some extra time for the return shipment, depending on your location.
