We strive to provide the finest luxury footwear experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.

1. Return & Exchange Window

• Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

• After 3 days, requests will not be accepted.

2. Second Exchange Policy

• First exchange: Free.

• Second exchange: ₹300 exchange fee.
  

3. Product Condition Requirements

All returned or exchanged products must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition.

• Must include the tag, label, and shoebox in the same packaging.

• Shoes must be completely unused:

  • No wrinkles

  • No scratches

  • No stains

  • No sole or upper marks

Important:
When trying on the shoes for the first time, please walk only 2–3 steps on a clean carpeted surface to prevent wrinkles, creases, or sole damage while assessing the fit.

4. Size Guidance Before Exchange

If you want our recommendation on the correct size for exchange:

1. Wear the shoes and take clear photos from all angles (including the gap/fit).

2. Send the images along with your order number via:

3. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours with guidance.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Products listed under Clearance Sale cannot be returned.

• Using discount codes does not make a product final sale. Only products explicitly marked “Clearance Sale” on the product page are final sale.

6. Eligibility Check

Marcruiis reserves the right to perform a thorough quality check of every returned item to ensure it is in resalable condition before issuing:

• A refund

• An exchange

• A credit note

Any product that fails the quality check will be returned to the customer, and no refund or exchange will be provided.

7. Refunds

• Refunds will be credited within 14 working days from the time you submit your bank details.

• If you request a reverse pickup, a courier fee of ₹320 (footwear) will be deducted from your refund.

• Refunds are issued only after the product passes inspection.

Once received, your product will undergo a quality check.

If approved, we will process your refund, exchange, or credit note as per your request.

9. Return Shipping

• We can arrange a reverse pickup for you (₹320 charges).
• If you prefer to send the item yourself, please share the AWB number with us.
  

10. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
